Before and during the creation of our production, we will need to consider any legal issues that could arise, and the institutional regulations that govern film production in the UK in particular; the BBFC:
In addition to the legal issues mentioned above, we will also have to ensure that we get consent and permission from any actors that we plan to make an appearance in our production. Also, if they are under the age of 18, we will have to gain permission from their parents for them to appear in our main task or ancillaries. To ensure that we are following the regulations for this issue, we plan to get members of our cast to complete a model release form over the next few weeks, and also get permission to use photos of them within our coursework.
